Executive Chef Cassie Jarrin
Chef Cassie has been immersed in the culinary world since the age of 18 and pursued a formal culinary education at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), where she thrived in its immersive learning environment. During her time at the CIA, she embarked on an externship at Via Veneto, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Barcelona, Spain, which ignited her love for Spanish cuisine.

Upon returning to the CIA to complete her degree, Chef Cassie's career blossomed as she traveled the country gaining experience at renowned establishments such as Jaleo in Crystal City, VA, Alta Strada, and Fiola by Fabio Trabocchi in Washington D.C.. Her time at Fiola is what further deepened her appreciation for pasta-making and the meticulousness of culinary craftsmanship.

Chef Cassie's culinary style is a reflection of her multicultural upbringing and experiences, blending influences from her Puerto Rican and Ecuadorian heritage with Mediterranean and Asian flavors. She prioritizes vibrant, locally sourced ingredients in her dishes, aiming to create not only delicious but beautiful food.
Sous Chef Stacy Ann Letford
Chef Stacy trained at The Institute of Culinary Education, followed by an externship at Gramercy Tavern in New York City. From there, she ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing her own catering business and worked throughout the United States as a traveling chef in places like California, Texas, Missouri, Florida, and Georgia.
Her culinary inspiration stems from her Jamaican heritage and the food she enjoys eating, incorporating vibrant flavors and techniques she’s learned over the years. For Chef Stacy, food is a language of beauty and connection, a way to express creativity and forge a bond between the chef and ingredients.
Despite her extensive travels as a chef, Chef Stacy sought the stability of being part of a new venture, drawn to the excitement of building something from the ground up at The Grove.
