About the event
Join us for a special evening honoring one of Spain’s most iconic dishes—Paella, with a cooking demonstration by our Executive Chef.
Chef Cassie will share the flavors and techniques she picked up during her travels through Spain and her culinary training at the CIA, where she completed her internship and post graduate work immersed in authentic Spanish cuisine.
Enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells of this communal dish being prepared live, and experience a taste of Spain-
right here in the Hudson Valley on our beautiful flower surrounded patio overlooking the sunset at Red Hook Golf Course.
A glass of sangria upon arrival and a selection of tapas while you enjoy the demonstration will be included.
A special selection of Spanish wines will also be available for tasting and purchase, as well as a full cash bar.
